Every aspect of the Housing Department is centered around our residents. We create relationships to work together to deliver the best senior housing in Northwest Arkansas. The housing department is responsible for the overall control of the management of 12 properties. Our senior population requires a range of support services to help them achieve stable lives. One of these services is low-income housing which allows seniors to live independently while fostering self-sufficiency and creating a decent, safe and sanitary environment.

In-Home Services

Trained Caregivers are available to help with everyday tasks for seniors and disabled persons. Under the supervision of an RN, these caregivers can come to your home to provide assistance with daily activities, like bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating, so that you can remain in your own home. They can also help with cooking, cleaning, errands and limited transportation.

Medical Supplies

Do you or your loved one need bath/shower equipment? We can provide those supplies to you  at no cost as long as you have Arkansas Medicaid. Supplies are also available to those who don't have Arkansas Medicaid and wish to private pay.

MedSmart is an electronic reminder and dispensing system designed to help individuals take their medications properly and on-time. Better health through proper medication compliance.

Ombudsman Program

Your Regional Ombudsman is resource to help if you feel your rights as a resident are being violated.
