Osage Heights Senior Complex is a housing development with twenty-four apartments in Bentonville, Arkansas, for low-income seniors. The complex, designed with seniors in mind, is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Bentonville and features one-bedroom, energy-efficient apartments complete with range, refrigerator, emergency signaling device, and grab bars in the bathroom. A community building houses the manager's office, a club room (available for use by residents) and laundry facilities.

Residents are assisted with rent by funding through the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The apartments are available for people 62 years of age or older who have an annual gross income of no more than $25,800 for one person or $29,450 for two people.
