Medicaid
Medicaid is a program that helps pay for medical services for needy and low income persons.
Special Low Income
Medi- care Beneficiary (SMB)
The Special Low Income Medicare Beneficiary Program is a Medicaid program that pays the Medicare premium for qualified recipients.
Qualified Medicare Benefi-ciary (Q.M.B.)
Medicaid program that pays the Medicare premium, deductibles and co-insurance for qualified recipients.
Food Stamps
Eligible persons receive financial assistance to purchase food items.
ElderChoices (Medicaid) Program to provide community and home based services to persons 65 years or older, as an alternative to nursing home care.

Services available through this program will include: Homemaker/Chore Services, Home Delivered Meals, Personal Emergency Response System, Adult Day Health Care, Adult Foster Care, Respite Care, and Adult Day Care.

Alternatives For persons with disabilities. Medicaid program to provide home based services to persons 21-64 years old as an alternative to nursing home care.
