Oak Hills, a housing development with sixteen apartments, is available in Green Forest, Arkansas, for low-income seniors. The complex, designed with seniors in mind, is nestled in a quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown and features one-bedroom, energy-efficient apartments complete with range, refrigerator, emergency signaling device, and grab bars in the bathroom. A number of units are designed specifically for seniors with disabilities. A community building houses the manager's office, a club room available for use by residents, and laundry facilities.

Residents are assisted with the rent by funding through the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
