In order to insure the availability of quality housing for area seniors, the Area Agency on Aging of Northwest Arkansas sponsors and manages a number of housing options for seniors at various income levels.
- Low-income - energy efficient one-bedroom units for seniors living on a - Rent for these units is based on adjusted annual income
- Moderate income - one and two Bedroom apartments for seniors with a limited income but do not qualify for low income housing.
- Market rate housing to fit the needs of seniors who no longer want the burdens of home ownership and can afford more upscale housing and amenities.
Because the agency realizes the importance of pets, seniors living in agency housing are allowed to have a pet with the payment of a separate pet deposit.
