The complex, designed with seniors in mind, is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Rogers and features 1-bedroom, energy efficient apartments complete with electric range, refrigerator, washer/dryer hook-ups, emergency signaling devices and grab bars in the bathroom. A community building houses the manager's office, a club room (available for use by residents) and laundry facilities. Residents are assisted with the rent by funding through the Department of Housing and and Urban Development. The apartments are available for people 62 years of age or older who have an annual gross income of no more than $18,600 for one person, or $21,250 for a couple.
