9:00 am - 1:00 pm Monday Gravette Senior Citizens Housing, a housing development with 20 apartments is available in Gravette, Arkansas, for low-income seniors. The complex, designed with seniors in mind, is located near the Billy V. Hall Senior Activity Center and the hospital. The complex features one-bedroom, energy-efficient apartments complete with range, refrigerator, disposal, emergency- signaling device, and grab bars in the bathroom. A community building houses a club room and laundry facilities for use by residents. Rent for qualified applicants is subsidized with HUD funds. The apartments are available for people 62 years of age or older or disabled who have an annual gross income of no more than $18,600 for one person, or $21,250 for two people.
