Gassville Gardens, a beautiful, new housing development with 40 apartments nestled in the trees in a quiet area of Gassville Arkansas. The complex, designed to complement the lifestyles of senior citizens, offers an affordable, first-class housing alternative for senior citizens. The complex is conveniently located in downtown Gassville near restaurants, a medical clinic, and the library. The Gardens will be a regular stop on the Van Matre Senior Activity Center transportation route.

The complex includes 32 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom, energy efficient apartments with central heat and air conditioning, a range, frost-free refrigerator, ceiling fans, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, washer and dryer connections and an emergency signaling device.  Residents will be able to enjoy outdoor living on their own front porch and backyard patio.

 The Gardens also features a heated in-ground pool (for residents only) and a community building, which houses a clubhouse, laundry facilities, and a manager’s office.

 To qualify for residence at the Gardens, applicants must be 55 years of age or older with an annual income of no more than $16,200 for one person, or $18,480
